 Christian education is our mission and has been our mission since 1965. At Clarendon Hall we seek to provide our students with the most comprehensive and preparative education that is possible.  PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

 

All teachers grades K/3 through 12th grade are qualified and certified according to South Carolina Independent School Association accredition standards.

 

Christian environment including weekly elementary Bible classes and chapel services. Three Bible courses are taught in the junior and high school. Primary and elementary classes use a Christian-based curriculum for Social Studies and Science.

 

Average student-teacher ratio is 10 to 1.

 

100% of student body in grades one through nine scored at or above their ability level on Standford Testing indicating a challenging curriculum.

 

Advanced classes for eighth graders in english and math are offered.

 

Science labs provide hands-on experience for grades one through six. Our high school science lab is well-equipped and used throughout the year.

 

100% of the Class of 2009 will be furthering their education by attending a four-year college or technical institution, or have joined the armed forces.

 

JV and Varsity athletics offered in girl's volleyball, basketball, cheerleading and softball and boy's football, basketball, baseball and golf for students in grades six through twelve. Two of our 16 seniors were awarded scholarship money for sports in 2009.

 

Midget football and midget cheerleading is offered to students in grades second through six. Youth basketball is offered to students in grades one through six.

Extensive related arts classes to include music, art, library, Bible, science lab, spanish and physical education

 Clarendon Hall is an independent co-educational school for kindergarten three year olds through twelfth grade and is fully accredited by the South Carolina Independent School Association. For over forty years, Clarendon Hall has offered the surrounding communities an excellent academic alternative. The administration and faculty are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, challenging education in a Christian environment for all students.

 
Clarendon Hall admits students without discrimination of any race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of it educational or admission policies (of which include an exemplary discipline history, a personal interview with the administration of both student and parent, passing score on the admissions test), scholarship programs, athletic or other school-administered programs.

Open Enrollment for the 2010-11 school year is March 1, 2010 through April 15, 2010. Be sure to get your registration forms in as soon as possible, before April 15, 2010 to reserve your child's enrollment spot. Also, plans are already underway for the 2010-11 school year and early registration helps us to make certain that Clarendon Hall is the best we can be.
