LUNCH TICKET INFORMATION
- Lunch tickets may be purchased from $20.00 up to $80.00.
- A $20 lunch ticket should last one week if average daily purchase is $4.00. Any amount not used will be carried over to next week.
- Vending machine items may not be purchased with lunch tickets unless the lunchroom manager receives a parent written consent. All consent forms will be kept on file in the school cafeteria.
- The lunchroom staff will send a notice home when your lunch ticket is low.
- Lunch ticket records are kept in the lunchroom, and parents are welcome to review at any time. Please contact Mrs. Susan Oswald, lunchroom manager, if you have any questions or concerns.
- The administration does not recommend sending cash payments by students to school. Please make your check or money order payable to Clarendon Hall. Please be sure to mark on your check your child’s name and grade.
- Lunch tickets may be purchased in the lunchroom from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. Otherwise, lunch tickets may be sent to the main office or your child’s homeroom teacher.
K-3 through 3rd grade ~ LUNCH BOXES – Microwave Items
Any items in your child’s lunchbox that need to be heated should be clearly labeled with your child’s name and grade. (A reminder to label all your child’s belongings to include lunch box, clothing, etc.) All items should be in a microwave safe container, and ready to be heated with a time limit of NO LONGER THAN TWO (2) MINUTES. Food requiring special heating instructions should not be sent.
