Fall Athletics Fundraiser 2024

Dear Parents of Fall Athletes,

We would like to thank you for choosing Clarendon Hall for your child! At Clarendon Hall, we want to be able to give the students what they need to be able to succeed.

We are currently working on replacing all four dugouts on the baseball and softball fields, as well as replacing the press boxes on all athletic fields.

Attached, you will find a black out calendar. We are asking that all fall athletes participate in this fundraiser. The calendar is very easy to use. The students will ask for donations based on the days of the month (ex: pick a date and pay that dollar amount; the 15th = $15).

Once the calendar is completed, we ask that you turn it in, along with the money to the front office in a sealed envelope. Please make sure your name is on the calendar and envelope.

For every athlete that turns in their calendar completed, they will get their name entered into a drawing for a gift certificate and into a drawing for a tuition credit of $1,000.00.

The deadline to turn in calendars is Thursday, August 1, 2024.
